• Pre-Purchase EMF Inspection (or Pre-Rental EMF inspection)  Unfortunately EMF testing is not included in a typical home inspection so this inspection needs to be done separately (and ideally before the regular home inspection)  I can either test before you go under contract or during the inspection period or some people will have me test after the inspection period if that is the point at which they realized there was a likely problem with EMFs.

The Process

There are 4 major types of EMF (Electromagnetic Fields) that are commonly found in residential homes

•  AC Magnetic from power lines, transformers, wiring errors, current on metal water pipes, and refrigerators
•  AC Electric from lamps, house wiring, and power lines.
•  Radiofrequency from smart meters, Wi-Fi, cell phone towers, radar, and cordless phones. This type of EMF travels through the air.
•  Dirty Electricity from compact fluorescent lights, dimmer switches, and energy efficient appliances. This type of EMF travels through the wires of the house.

I test the levels and then focus on creating low EMF sleep sanctuaries and nurseries so the bodies of the entire family can rest and repair themselves while everyone is sleeping at night.  I can also optimize your home office to make it as low EMF as possible.
