Mold

The other big environmental hazard besides Electromagnetic Fields is mold. As with EMF testing, there is no license required to do mold testing or remediation (at least in Illinois, some other states do have a license requirement) so literally anyone can buy a franchise and/or open a business without having done any accredited training. I have been to clients’ homes that reeked of mold and they told me that they had had it tested and were told it was “fine”. When it comes to mold remediation, many companies are using methods that kill the mold but leave the spores behind. It is important to physically remove all porous materials, otherwise you could have a worse situation at some point down the road.
